As Category Manager, Bo is head of Purchasing DY (tools) and works with development, optimization of goods and packaging as well as ensuring the success of our customers. Bo started at Schou in 2003, and describes Schou as a really exciting company in rapid development, where as an employee there is a great opportunity to influence decisions and gain influence:

"Opportunities and problems are listened to, so that everyone can influence their own everyday life as well as the company's development. We have a good culture with a positive spirit for change. And even though we now have 300 employees, we are still one family with a good mix of age and gender. We are serious, but there is always time for a good laugh and a smile in the hallway.”
