As a new employee, Henriette has experienced the importance of a good onboarding process. "From day one, I was warmly welcomed. As a Category Key Account Manager at Schou, Henriette Petersen is more than just part of the team; she is a dynamic force driving growth for both the company’s export customers and Schou itself. "It’s all about finding the balance between our customers’ needs and Schou’s goals," she explains. Since starting in March 2024, she has taken on the responsibility of strengthening collaboration with selected customers.

Henriette’s workdays are anything but monotonous. "I prepare quotes for customers and work closely with our creative marketing team to develop graphic design concepts. Additionally, I ensure that the order flow runs smoothly, in close collaboration with our skilled purchasing team," she shares. Her tasks are diverse, and she also occasionally seeks inspiration outside the office to always provide the best for her customers.

Focus, Family, and Flexibility

With three children and a job that demands her full attention, Henriette deeply values Schou’s flexibility. She can work from home one day a week, which helps her manage her busy schedule. "It means everything to me that I can adjust my working hours. Schou genuinely supports work-life balance, and that’s invaluable in a hectic life like mine," she says.
