“Putting all the theories I've learned at school into practice and applying them to real tasks is really cool. And I love that I get be involved so much right from the start. I have customer contact, responsibility for my own customers and I’m involved in the decision-making processes.

”Christian started as a sales trainee in August 2022 and really appreciates the focus Schou has on the trainees. Special events are held just for them, where they get to know each other, have fun and eat good food, while learning activities are on the programme.

“All of the trainees also meet for a shared lunch on the first Monday of every month, and we have an amazing team spirit. My colleagues have also been very good and welcoming. And if I have questions, I can always go to my “buddy” who was assigned to me when I started.”
