During your sales internship at Schou, we make sure that your career gets off to a good start and that you develop both personally and professionally.
Your training will last for two years, during which time you will gain practical experience as part of our sales team for a specific product group and work independently on your own tasks.
You will also be enrolled on a classroom-based theoretical training course, lasting 4-7 weeks, together with others.
As your internship progresses, you will take on more responsibility, be assigned your own customer segments, create quotes and campaign pitches, attend trade fairs, and much else besides.
”You get in-depth training and knowledge of
the systems, work flows, and colleagues and, before long, you will be
razor-sharp in the performance of your duties. And the more you show them you
can and want to do, the more responsibility you will get. I have gained so much
faith in myself here and my training has revealed some qualities I didn’t know
I had.
We are several trainees at this site, and
we often get together to support each other and offer advice, in relation to
our work, training, and personal life. We have trainee days where all the
trainees meet and collaborate on solving a case. We also have social trainee
events and a monthly trainee lunch.”
