Sales intern

During your sales internship at Schou, we make sure that your career gets off to a good start and that you develop both personally and professionally.

Your training will last for two years, during which time you will gain practical experience as part of our sales team for a specific product group and work independently on your own tasks.

You will also be enrolled on a classroom-based theoretical training course, lasting 4-7 weeks, together with others.

As your internship progresses, you will take on more responsibility, be assigned your own customer segments, create quotes and campaign pitches, attend trade fairs, and much else besides.

Vivi K. Hansen

"From day one, there has been trust in me and my abilities. Every time I have learned something new, I have been given the opportunity to apply it in my work. I quickly took part in customer meetings, was given responsibility for creating sales orders, and handled other sales tasks such as product listings and maintenance. There is always room to share suggestions and ideas for improving workflows, and my colleagues have been great at challenging me when I needed it.

One of the things I appreciate the most is the sense of community in the company. The workplace has a truly great atmosphere, and you quickly feel like part of the team. Various events are organized after work, which employees can participate in voluntarily, and there are also special events for apprentices, providing a great opportunity to share experiences and learning processes with others."
