Investment in employees of the future

We constantly strive to optimize the quality of our student’s education, and in this connection our HR department arranged a workshop for our 10 trainees with the main focus of giving them an even better foundation for good cooperation and teamwork.

At the workshop they also worked on how we could increase the level of competent support to our trainees, and in which way the students could benefit more from each other.

Furthermore, the day was filled with interesting exercises about the 17 UN world goals sprinkled with small energizing exercises and good laughs. The day ended at the shooting range which was a really exciting event and a different way of team-building.
