Meet Michael, Head of Sales Major Account

"What defines working at Schou for me is that we have fun and create space for the individual. And even though we have grown significantly since I started in 2008, we still maintain short decision-making processes and quick execution."

For many years, Michael has been a key figure as Head of Purchase in Home & Kitchen, a department consisting of 21 dedicated employees. On August 1, 2024, he transitioned from buying to sales and became Head of Sales, Major Account.

"The company is far more professionally managed now than when I started. But we still uphold key elements such as trust, pace, and a good sense of humor. I always participate in both the Christmas party and the summer party. They are really fun events and a great opportunity to connect with colleagues I don’t work with on a daily basis."
