Effective July 1, 2025, Schou Company A/S will assume Helge Fleischer ApS’s home‐textile deliveries to selected customers, as well as their organizational operations in Pakistan.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our international growth strategy and aligns perfectly with our ambition to strengthen our home‐textiles business. By adding new suppliers in Pakistan and India, we are expanding our global footprint and becoming an even more reliable partner for our customers.

Combined with previous acquisitions and sustained, robust organic growth, we have reached a substantial scale in the home‐textiles sector. We look forward to further developing this area in close collaboration with our customers and partners.
