Mia, who works as a Warehouse Assistant, thrives in Schou’s strong sense of community, where people are seen, heard – and can share a laugh during the workday.
She has been part of one of the warehouse’s outbound teams since 2023 and highlights both her department and her manager as key to the positive atmosphere and her own well-being. There’s room for both seriousness and fun.
She especially values the small things that strengthen the team spirit – like the opportunity to work out and play padel with colleagues after hours.
Mia started her journey at Schou as an intern. Today, she oversees both permanent employees and temps – and has ambitions to pursue a leadership education.
“It means a lot to feel seen and supported from day one. At Schou, you’re guided into your role with care, and the motto ‘best for the best’ doesn’t just sound good – it’s something we truly live by.”
