"I love learning new things – and here, I’m allowed to."

Mats is a Service Coordinator at Vision Park and has been part of Schou for three years. He thrives in what he describes as Schou’s “diverse and slightly quirky universe, where there’s room for everyone – regardless of age, background, or nationality.”

With a background as an IT supporter in the military, he has handled special assignments for the Combat Support Wing – including during NATO’s mission in Libya, where he worked with satellite communication and stable IT solutions.

Today, it’s the freedom and trust that motivate him:
"My manager trusts me, and even though we have the option to work from home, I prefer being around my colleagues – that’s what works best for me."

He describes Schou as a place with an open-minded culture and everyday joys – from popcorn and hot dog stands to exciting tasks and room for development.
