The Giant Crane in Action

The construction of the administrative building for Schou in Vision Park is progressing rapidly, and we have now reached an important milestone: the installation of the concrete elements that will form the outer walls of the impressive building, which will span four storeys.

It is fascinating to witness the giant crane effortlessly lifting the massive, multi-tonne elements into place. Each floor consists of 38 elements, and it takes approximately two weeks to install, reinforce, and cast each storey.

To provide a unique perspective, we launched a drone to capture the construction from above. The result is nothing short of spectacular, showcasing the striking difference in scale between the warehouse and the main building. The main building measures approximately 2,000 m² at ground level and totals 7,500 m², while the warehouse impresses with a ground area of 89,000 m² and a total of 100,000 m². The showroom, located behind the administrative building, will span an impressive 6,500 m².

The video highlights how we are steadily moving closer to realizing our vision of a modern and future-proof headquarters.

Stay tuned here for the latest updates from the construction site.
