Meet our Chief Representative

“Generally I like to think solutions. My job is very much about developing and optimizing product safety, and assuring that the necessary BSCI audits are carried out at the factories of our suppliers. Schou is a large company with influence on many people, which is why this has huge priority for us.”

Kim is the Chief Representative at our office in Hangzhou, China. He is responsible for building and developing a functioning team of employees within Supply Chain, CSR and quality control.

Also Kim is in charge of the 3300 m2 large showroom, making sure that it is always presentable and updated with actual news.

He has lived in China for 20 years and has been following the development of the labour market closely. Cultural understanding is an important skill, being the daily leader of 23 employees and having a close contact with factories and cooperation partners.

“I am very happy having a close contact to our suppliers. Should there be any challenges in our cooperation, I always go visit them, and through a good dialog we always manage to solve matters. It is often the small efforts that make the big difference in the end.”
