Meet our warehouse manager

“For me it isn’t just a job. Schou has been an important part of my life and has been so for 28 years. The company has undergone a major development that has enabled investments with huge benefits for the warehouse and of course for the rest of the company.”

Michael is the warehouse manager, managing all of our stock. He started in HP Værktøj’s service department and subsequently decided to become a qualified warehouse and wholesale assistant. Already as a trainee he took on personnel responsibilities and after five years he was responsible for all shipments.

Michael is a very dedicated manager and very much a team player who will do a lot to ensure that his colleagues thrive:

“My door is always open, and I always spend time listening to my colleagues’ problems, whether they are work-related or private matters. I am very focussed on them and it means a lot to me that they thrive and are glad for what they do.”

The Employment Committee has recently chosen Michael as one of the 5 nominated in the category for "Mentor of the Year" in Vejle municipality. We will follow the race closely until a winner is found at the end of November.
