An anniversary with real Schou spirit 😍

Mia was largely brought up in Schou, and started her apprenticeship at the age of 20.

For the past 15 years, she has gotten to know the entire company by both being stationed in China and being involved in both purchasing, product development and sales.

Mia's closest colleagues describe her like this:

She manages to see the positive in most things, and does not worry about things that may never happen. She solves even the most incredible inquiries and manages to keep a cool head even when things are going fast. She fights for her goals and is just a thoroughly wonderful person to work with.

Now Mia is a permanent part of our international department, where she has really found her right niche, namely product development in our textile department, where she time and again shows her ability to mix the new with the commercial, and at every sales meeting the ability to stand with a fantastic showroom.

Mia is truly a fighter and valued colleague, and we look forward to many more years!
