Staying ahead of future requirements for plastic packaging

A number of major companies, all of them involved in or affected by the retail trade sector, have now come together to work on a project set up by the Danish Ministry of the Environment to voluntary find a solution to increase the use of recycled plastic packaging and to reduce the amount of plastic used for packaging.

Schou is part of the project and is optimistic about the initiative:

“We are participating in this crucial work and hope that we will get full support from all stakeholders involved in the retail trade sector, so that together we can find excellent solutions that reduce and hopefully in the long term eliminate this environmental problem.”
