Schou acquires CPH Republic

Schou is thrilled to announce that, as of January 2025, we will be acquiring Copenhagen Republic (CPH R). This acquisition is a natural next step in our strategy to expand within the interior and hometextile segment, as well as our focus on major customers. CPH R is a well-established, thriving company with a strong track record and significant annual revenue, making it an ideal match for Schou.

We thank the previous owners, Bo Sixhøj and Henning Johansen, for trusting us to carry on their company’s legacy. At Schou, we are excited to build on the well-established foundation of CPH R's business and to continue the impressive progress they have made over the years.
