Some time ago we started a customer project with ag Analytics, to explore our customers experiences with us, our service, and how we can exceed their expectations. The result was revealed today. This was followed by a workshop about products, KAM, processes, supply chain, and sustainability & product safety, where the participants had great dialogs on how to better prepare and push boundaries with our customers.
It gave the sales, and the purchasing teams a better understanding of each other, how to better work together in the future, and how we become an even better shortcut to success – for our customers.
The sales staff was also met by supply chain, marketing, and HR, who presented how they individually support the sales staff on a day-to-day basis.
